What is a Macsim Splitz Anchor?
| The Macsim Splitz Anchor is a one-piece, vibration resistant anchor for use in concrete, block, brick, or stone. There are two different head styles for versatility, and is available in zinc plated or 304 stainless steel.
The Splitz Anchor is formed with an oval shaped configuration at the working end of the anchor to create a pre-expanded mechanism. The pre-expanded mechanism is activated as the anchor is driven into the drilled hole and creates a spring type compression force against the walls of the hole. As the Splitz Anchor is driven into the hole, the expansion mechanism has force applied and expands to accommodate the size of the hole. |
